Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 2022.08-2024.08 A total of 50 adult patients with locally advanced NSCLC in our hospital; 2. Pathologically confirmed NSCLC with unresectable locally advanced stage; 3. Plan to receive concurrent chemoradiotherapy or sequential chemoradiotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.With contraindication of radiotherapy. 2.With contraindication of functional imaging. 3.With history of intrathoracic radiotherapy.
