18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed with primary breast cancer for the first time; 2. Assessed as patients with kinesiophobia using the Chinese version of the Tampa Scale of Kinesiophobia (TSK), with a score of TSK > 37; 3. Age >= 18 years; 4. Patients who have undergone modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer; 5. Normal verbal communication ability, informed consent, and voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with impaired consciousness or cognitive disorders; 2. Those with damage to vital organs such as the heart, lungs, or brain; 3. Patients with other concurrent malignant tumors; 4. Breast cancer patients with distant metastasis; 5. Individuals unable to exercise due to pain caused by other diseases; 6. Those who have recently experienced other major stressful events.
