60 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=60 years, meeting the diagnostic criteria for osteoporosis and confirmed by bone density measurement; 2. Patients who have experienced a first-time hip fracture; 3. Conscious and with stable vital signs; 4. Possess reading, comprehension, and language abilities, and are able to cooperate with the investigation; 5. The patient or their family members have a smartphone with internet access, a WeChat account, and the ability to use WeChat functions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of communication barriers, memory impairment, or intellectual damage; 2. Fractures caused by concurrent infections, trauma, mental disorders, tumors, or other diseases; 3. Patients from out-of-town who are unable to follow up; 4. Patients who have experienced a hip fracture more than once.
