Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient group: 1. Patients who meet the above diagnostic criteria for aphasia in traditional Chinese and Western medicine; 2. Patients aged 30-70 years old, willing to accept treatment and able to cooperate; 3. National Neurological Deficit Score (NIHSS) 16 < = NIHSS < = 30 points, moderate; 4. Western Aphasia Set (WAB) diagnosed as motor motor aphasia: aphasia quotient (AQ) < 93.8 points; The Chinese Aphasia Checklist (ABC) method was assessed as Broca-type aphasia; 5. The lesions are all on the left side; 6. The course of the disease is from June to October; 7. Right-handed, primary school education or above, native Chinese language; 8. Clear consciousness, no mental disorders and severe physical pain. 9. Stable condition, able to cooperate with the completion of fMRI scan; 10. Patients and their families voluntarily sign the informed consent form. Healthy control group: 1. No speech and language dysfunction; 2. Age 30-70 years old; 3. Right hand; Native Chinese speaker; 4. No brain trauma, mental disorders and other diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient group: 1. Patients with severe dysarthria; 2. Those with severe physical disabilities; 3. Those with severe visual and auditory impairment affecting clinical evaluation and treatment; 4. Those with metal foreign bodies in the body, such as deep venous catheterization, claustrophobia and other contraindications to MRI scanning; 5. Patients with tumors, serious organs, endocrine system and other diseases; 6. Aphasia caused by other diseases; 7. Pregnant, lactating or planning to become pregnant in the past six months; 8. Those who have not completed the test due to other reasons. Healthy control group: 1. There are contraindications to MRI scanning such as metal foreign body and claustrophobia in the body; 2. Alcohol or drug addicts; 3. Pregnant, lactating or planning to get pregnant in the past six months; 4. Those who have not completed the entire test for other reasons.
