Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Between April 2025 and September 2026, patients aged 60 to 89 years with ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) grade I-III planned for laparoscopic hernia repair were included after obtaining written informed consent from patients and their families
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Has a history of drug allergy, is currently using analgesic and sedative medications, has a psychiatric or neurological disorder, and has a BMI >30 kg/m^2
