Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years; 2. Complete clinical data and informed consent of patients or family members; 3. Presence of clear signs and symptoms of neurological deficits; 4. Intracranial hemorrhage was excluded by head CT, and there were no low-density changes in early cerebral infarction or imaging changes in large-scale cerebral infarction; 5. Normal before falling asleep, stroke symptoms after waking up, and the duration of the onset and the last normal time point of manifestation > 6 hours; Acute ischemic stroke cases with a clear onset time of < 4.5 hours for SWA; 6. Baseline National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Score (NIHSS) < 25 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cranial CT showed intracranial hemorrhage or subarachnoid hemorrhage, active bleeding in other parts or obvious bleeding tendency; 2. Severe cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency; 3. Pregnant; 4. Those who are allergic to iodine contrast medium; 5. Patients with contraindications to thrombolytic therapy and mechanical thrombectomy; 6. Severe hypertension that cannot be controlled by medications; 7. Those with serious artifacts in the CT, CTP or head and neck CTA images of the head and neck.
