Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study 1: 1. Able to participate in normal school learning and life; 2. No intellectual disability, mental illness and physical disability. 3. Age 10~18 years old. Study 2: 1. According to Study 1, the participants belonged to one of the 'problem group', 'symptomatic but healthy group', or 'susceptible group'; 2. Parents consent to their children's participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Study 1: None Study 2: 1. Adolescents with a body mass index (BMI) of being overweight (>25 kg/m^2) or obese (>30 kg/m^2); 2. Presence of treatment for physical or psychological illness using prescription medications; 3. Have recently undergone surgery or are ready to undergo surgery within the next four months; 4. There are contraindications to strenuous physical activity, such as the presence of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases.
