Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for elective craniotomy for intracranial tumor resection in neurosurgery; 2. Age 18-75 years old; 3. ASA grade I-III; 4. Signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery. 2. Patients with a history of upper gastrointestinal ulcers and bleeding; ischemic heart disease; stroke or transient ischemic attack; renal dysfunction; coagulation and fibrinolysis disorders; as well as those who are contraindicated or require caution in the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. 3. Patients with contraindications to other adjuvant medications. 4. Due to the specific surgical method or site, patients will need sedation and intubation for monitoring in the intensive care unit post-surgery. 5. Patients who decline to participate in the study.
