18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-75 years (inclusive of 18 and 75 years), any gender, with at least a primary school education, and willing to accept home non-invasive ventilator treatment. 2.Good cognition, able to correctly operate the machine and wear the nasal mask. 3.GAD-7 >= 5 (with anxiety symptoms), GAD-7 = 15 times/h, primarily obstructive events. 5.First-time CPAP treatment. 6.Owns a smart device (e.g., smartphone, tablet, computer, etc.) and knows how to use software such as WeChat. 7.The patient is able to understand the procedures and methods of this trial, voluntarily participates in the study, and agrees to sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with central sleep apnea syndrome, simple snoring, or obesity syndrome. 2.Patients who cannot tolerate CPAP treatment. 3.Patients with severe physical diseases, such as severe heart, liver, or kidney diseases. 4.Patients who are unable to cooperate with treatment due to cognitive impairments or other reasons. 5.Patients with severe sleep problems or other mental disorders, and those currently taking relevant medications (e.g., sedative-hypnotics, anti-anxiety/anti-depressant medications, or psychiatric medications). 6.Pregnant patients
