Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with COPD with a clear diagnosis; 2. Age >= 20 years old; 3. At least one chest CT examination in the outpatient clinic from January 1, 2019 to October 24, 2023; 4. At least one pulmonary function test from January 1, 2019 to October 24, 2024.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.. lung cancer; 2 connective tissue disease; 3 infectious diseases, including mycobacterial disease and aspergillosis; 4 heart failure; 5 Chest CT showed moderate to large pleural effusion, pneumothorax, and large consolidation masses; 6 chemotherapy; 7 systemic glucocorticoid therapy; 8 Thoracic surgery.
