Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age from 55 to 80 years old, male or female. 2. Years of education >= 8 years (junior high school or above). 3. The visual acuity or corrected visual acuity was normal, and the hearing of both ears was normal. They are all right handed. 4. The informed consent was signed, and the peripheral blood and cerebrospinal fluid were collected. Multimodal MRI scanning was also completed for each participant. The inclusion criteria of SCD were as follows: (1) memory loss: memory loss was assessed by the simplified Chinese version of memory questionnaire, which could be completed by patients or their family members. The score of the questionnaire >=3 and the course of disease =6 months were considered as memory loss. (2) Normal objective cognitive function tests: Mini-mental state examination (MMSE) >=24, Montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA) >=26, Clinical dementia rating (CDR) =0; (3) Activity of daily living (ADL) was normal. MCI inclusion criteria: according to the core clinical diagnostic criteria of MCI caused by AD in NIA-AA 2011: (1) Patients had a complaint of memory impairment and the course of disease was >=6 months; (2) Impaired objective episodic memory cognitive domain (-20 min delayed recall of auditory verbal learning test lower than the corresponding norm); (3) The general cognitive function was normal and did not meet the diagnostic criteria of clinical Dementia: MMSE>=24, Mattis Dementia Rating Scale (MDRS) >120, CDR=0.5; (4) Independent in daily life: ADL26; (2) Global cognitive decline: MMSE=26, MDRS>120, normal ADL, Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) <=7, Hachinski Ischemia Scale (HIS) <=4; (4) The multidimensional neu

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of disturbance of consciousness; 2. Family history of hereditary diseases; 3. Other neurodegenerative diseases, such as Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, etc. 4. Central nervous system infection, head trauma, intracranial tumor, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, toxic metabolic diseases, hypothyroidism, diabetes, fatty liver and other somatic diseases; 5. History of schizophrenia, personality change and other mental diseases; 6. History of depressive episode or HAMD>=8; 7. Have a history of alcohol/drug dependence, or use cognitive-improving drugs or lipid-lowering drugs; 8. Combined with serious heart, lung, liver, kidney, brain and blood system diseases; 9. Clinical stroke or previous stroke history: brain MRI or CT showed that there was a lesion with a diameter of >=2mm (imaging evidence of subcortical, periventricular and deep cerebral lacunar infarction, except those with no symptoms and corresponding history), and HIS score >4; 10. Contraindications to MRI scanning, such as electronic or metal device implantation and claustrophobia
