Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women over 18 years old with singleton pregnancies, the gestational age is between 24 1 and 29 6 weeks; 2. Have a moderate level or above fear of childbirth, i.e., a score greater than or equal to 38 as measured by the Childbirth Expectation/Experience Questionnaire Version A (W-DEQ-A); 3. There are no contraindications to planned vaginal delivery, and there are no malformations in the fetus; 4. No mindfulness or meditation training, i.e., no mindfulness classes for 8 weeks or more, or no weekly practice in the past three months; 5. Ability to read, write and understand Mandarin; 6. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women diagnosed with psychiatric disorders or have participated in other mind-body interventions will be excluded.
