Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative imaging data suggest locally advanced biliary tract malignancy (with hepatic artery invasion, liver parenchymal invasion, liver oligometastasis or metastases confined to one lobe of the liver), and it is planned to carry out full laparoscopic liver combined with pancreaticoduodenectomy 2. There was no distant metastasis of the tumor during the intraoperative exploration, and the operation was completed according to the preoperative plan 3. Postoperative pathological confirmation of biliary tract malignancy or pancreatic malignancy with or without liver metastasis and infiltration
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Intraoperative exploration found that the tumor had spread or distant metastasis, and surgical radical treatment was not possible 2. During the operation, due to various reasons, such as difficulty in surgical progress, bleeding, intolerance of pneumoperitoneum, etc., he was transferred to open liver combined pancreaticoduodenectomy
