Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age > 18 years old; (2) patients were diagnosed with valvular heart disease and underwent valve replacement surgery; (3) Primary school education or above, with reading comprehension ability and normal expression ability.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) diagnosed as valvular heart disease without valve replacement surgery; (2) complicated with other serious major organ diseases; (3) history of severe mental illness; (4) reading and language disorders.
