Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Meeting the diagnostic criteria of osteopenia of WHO (based on dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry, T-score lower than -1 SD and greater than -2.5 SD), women, aged 40-55 years old, meeting the diagnostic criteria for perimenopause (from the appearance of endocrinological, biological and clinical features related to menopause when approaching menopause until one year after the last menstrual period), with complete cognitive and reading and writing skills, and willing to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Meeting the diagnostic criteria of osteoporosis, with factors of secondary osteoporosis (including diabetes, hyperthyroidism, parathyroid dysfunction and other endocrine diseases), with malignant tumors, suffering form serious mental or physical illness.
