Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants aged 18 or above and admitted to the general adult ward settings at the research sites within the hospital are eligible to participate in the study. All nurses who provide direct patient care, will be included for the process evaluation and satisfaction review.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For the clinical study, there are no exclusion criteria, as all patients are under treatment and care during hospitalization. Participation in the evaluation is voluntary for healthcare providers who wish to give feedback and participate in the survey.
