Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study is an open-label cohort study, and it is planned to include patients diagnosed with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo who were diagnosed in the outpatient department of the Department of Otolaryngology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from 2024 to 2026. Inclusion Criteria: 1. Subjects voluntarily join the study and sign the informed consent form; 2. Age 18-80 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1. Patients with balance dysfunction caused by other causes (including cerebellar lesions, acoustic neuroma, vestibular neuritis, multiple sclerosis, etc.); 2. Patients with limited head and neck movement or head immobilization due to other reasons (severe cervical spondylosis, neck trauma, intracranial infection, etc.), unable to complete follow-up; 3. Patients with severe systemic diseases, mental disorders, etc., who are unable to complete follow-up; 4. Other reasons that the investigator considers unsuitable to participate in this clinical study.
