Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed multiple myeloma patients 2. ECOG performance status 3 months 4. Presence of evaluable disease parameters 5.Mentally competent and able to complete questionnaires 6. Receiving standard first-line chemotherapy regimens

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM) 2. ECOG performance status >2 3. Life expectancy <3 months 4. Altered mental status and psychiatric disorders
