Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I-II; 2.Age range: 18-65 years old; 3.Body Mass Index (BMI) 18.5-30 kg/m^2; 4.Selective thyroidectomy under general anesthesia; 5.Can understand the content of the assessment scale and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient refused the trial; 2. Patients allergic to lidocaine; 3. Long term use of sleep aids, steroid drugs, or abuse of alcohol and drugs; 4. Individuals with chronic diseases such as hypertension and severe liver, liver, and kidney diseases; 5. Individuals with severe mental illnesses; 6. Merge neurological disorders; 7. Individuals with a history of major surgery within 6 months prior to surgery; 8. Individuals with severe conduction block.
