Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke (symptoms, signs, imaging indicators, etc.); The diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage is based on the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage 2019, and the diagnosis of ischemic stroke is based on the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018. 2. Age 18~75 years old, first onset, course of disease 1-6 months, stable condition without progress; 3. Unilateral limb hemiplegia, lower limb Brunnstrom motor function grade IV-V; 4. Brief Mental State Screening Scale: Illiterate > = 17 points, primary > = 20 points, and secondary school > = 24 points; 5. Standing balance level 2 or above; 6. Able to walk more than 30 meters independently; 7. The patient can tolerate acupuncture treatment; 8. The patient or legal guardian agrees and signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cognitive or speech disorders who are unable to cooperate with the training; 2. Patients with hemianopia or visual impairments; 3. Patients with vestibular dysfunction, such as dizziness or tinnitus; 4.Patients with lower limb fractures, severe musculoskeletal disorders, or severe cardiovascular, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal diseases that prevent them from participating in training; 5.Patients with orthostatic hypotension; 6. Patients who are resistant to acupuncture or have a history of severe needle fainting and cannot tolerate acupuncture treatment; 7.Patients with severe skin diseases, scars, ulcers, infections, or skull defects in the scalp area where scalp acupuncture will be applied.
