40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age range: 40 to 70 years old (inclusive of 40 and 70). 2.Healthy control group: No history of diabetes, normal fasting blood glucose, no diabetic retinopathy. 3.Non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy group (NPDR group) and proliferative diabetic retinopathy group (PDR group): Diabetes duration >= 2 years. Diabetic retinopathy was diagnosed and staged according to the International Clinical Classification of Diabetic Retinopathy (2002). 4.Sign the research informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with serious fundus diseases (such as macular degeneration, retinal vein occlusion, perivascular retinal inflammation, etc.). 2.Patients with severe liver and kidney failure; 3.Patients with severe cardiac insufficiency. 4.Patients with malignant tumors. 5.Patients with a history of major surgery in the past one year.
