Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pathologically Confirmed: Histologically verified duodenal adenocarcinoma; 2.Surgical Intervention: Patients who underwent surgical resection (including R1/R2 resection) with postoperative pathological data; 3.Data Completeness: Availability of complete follow-up records; 4.Demographics: No restrictions on age, gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The pathological result is non-adenocarcinoma or non-duodenal primary tumor; 2. The treatment received is endoscopic surgery, such as ESD, EMR, etc; 3. Palliative surgery, including gastrointestinal, biliary-intestinal anastomosis surgery, interventional or other attenuating surgery; 4. Follow-up data were missing.
