Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent surgery for HCC for the first time and did not undergo hepatic arterial infusion chemoembolization (TACE) before surgery were confirmed as HCC patients with postoperative pathological diagnosis; 2.The lesions were confined to one hepatic segment, <=2 lesions, no invasion of Glisson pedicle, hepatic vein, no invasion of adjacent organs, and no extrahepatic metastasis, and no intraoperative tumor rupture was observed in patients suitable for anatomic hepatectomy; 3. Clinical, surgical, pathological and follow-up data were complete and objective, and the surgical approach was clearly recorded in the surgical records; 4. Liver function Child-PughA grade or B grade.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who did not undergo laparoscopic hepatectomy; 2. Laparoscopic combined resection of multiple segments of the liver, other organ resection or mass ablation and other treatment methods; 3. Lesions > 2, portal vein, hepatic vein, bile duct and inferior vena cava with cancer embolus, not suitable for anatomic hepatectomy; 4.There is decompensated cirrhosis, portal hypertension, or active hepatitis; 5.Postoperative pathological examination showed cholangiocarcinoma, mixed cell tumor or other nature.
