Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who have the following ultrasound manifestations of the endometrium after TVS and TVCDS examination: ET thickening (proliferative > 12mm/postmenopausal >5mm), increased blood flow, abnormal mass occupancy of the uterine cavity, uneven endometrial echo or impure uterine effusion; 2. Patients who underwent TVS, TVCDS, Slow Flow and 3D-TVS examinations two weeks before surgery and the data were complete; 3. Those who have undergone serological examination within two weeks before surgery and have complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have received radiotherapy, chemotherapy, hormone therapy and other disease-related treatments before ultrasound examination, or have endometrial trauma surgery; 2. Patients with abnormal endometrium-myometrial junction caused by adenomyomesis or large fibroids; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Patients with poor image quality that cannot be analyzed.
