Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age>=18 years; Primary liver cancer; Clear, able to communicate normally; No preoperative impaired mobility; There is no obvious abnormality in coagulation function; Liver function grade A/B; normal preoperative body temperature and white blood cell count; Informed and cooperating with the investigator.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe hepatic and renal dysfunction; unstable vital signs; pregnant and lactating women.
