Interventions

Control Group (Contrast Media Group):Invasive coronary evaluation/intervention with low-dose contrast media under intravascular ultrasound guidance
Experimental Group (Zero Contrast Media Group):Invasive coronary evaluation/intervention guided by intravascular ultrasound and coronary flow reserve fraction.

18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years old; 2. The baseline eGFR is between 15-59 ml/min ×1.73m²; 3. Elective coronary intervention is planned; 4. Coronary angiography image data in the past 6 months; 5. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with end-stage renal disease who need dialysis; 2. Use of iodine contrast agent within 7 days before surgery; 3. Allergy to contrast media; 4. Previous coronary imaging data showed that the target lesion was extremely angulated and distorted, severely calcified with bifurcation, left main opening lesion, CTO and other anatomical complex lesions; 5. Pregnancy; 6. Those who are unable to cooperate and have poor compliance due to mental illness or other reasons.
