Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Conform to MG diagnostic criteria : Necessary conditions : typical symptoms, with fluctuating muscle weakness and morbid fatigue. Support condition a.fatigue test positive and neostigmine test positive. b. AChR antibody or other MG antibody positive. C : The amplitude of low-frequency repetitive nerve stimulation ( low-frequency RNS ) decreased by > 10 %. Add any support condition on the basis of the necessary conditions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 .have severe complications ( such as cardiac insufficiency, severe pulmonary infection, cognitive or mental disorders, etc. ) impact assessment. 2 . Clinical evaluation of limb muscle strength reduction or eye diseases caused by other neuromuscular diseases.
