Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who require emergency craniotomy due to acute brain injury, aged 18-75 years; 2. ASA rating >=3; 3. No history of lung surgery and other respiratory diseases before surgery; 4. No heart, liver, kidney and other serious systemic diseases or poor control of chronic diseases; 5. Sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of esophageal reflux or esophageal ulcer, esophageal varices, and upper gastrointestinal surgery; 2. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Preoperative circulatory decompensation, central circulatory failure; 4. Previous severe arrhythmia;
