Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women with normal blood pressure or severe preeclampsia;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All cases excluded pregnancy complications such as cardiovascular diseases (except for patients with severe preeclampsia), severe liver and kidney impairment diseases, immune system diseases, endocrine diseases, cancer, mental or cognitive abnormalities, gestational diabetes, multiple pregnancy, placental abruption, placenta previa and other pregnancy complications, smoking, alcoholism, and a history of heavy drug use during pregnancy
