Sleep deprivation group :Sleep deprivation (6.5 hours of sleep opportunity) followed by healthy sleep (9.5 hours of sleep opportunity)
Healthy sleep group (9.5 hours of sleep opportunity per night):Healthy sleep (9.5 hours of sleep opportunity) followed by sleep deprivation (6.5 hours of sleep opportunity)

18 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) College students between the ages of 18 and 25; (2) Healthy, no previous significant cardiac discomfort, no history of cardiac surgery; (3) No serious sleep problems such as insomnia, sleepwalking, sleep apnea, no other underlying physical illnesses and no long-term use of medications; (4) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) those with significant cardiac distress and a history of cardiac surgery; (2) those who have been clinically diagnosed with nocturnal eating syndrome, have severe sleep problems such as insomnia, sleepwalking, and sleep apnea, and are taking medications for a long period of time; and (3) those who have concomitant psychiatric disorders and cognitive dysfunction.
