Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically confirmed primary colorectal adenocarcinoma, mucinous adenocarcinoma or signet ring cell carcinoma; 2. Age >= 65; 3. Clinical stage cII-cIII, i.e. T1-T4, N0 or N+; 4. No preoperative chemotherapy or radiotherapy; 5. Selective surgery for colorectal cancer;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple primary colon cancer or other primary malignant tumors at the same time; 2. Emergency surgery; 3. There was distant metastasis or implant metastasis in the abdominal cavity; 4. participat in other clinical studies.
