Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study Groups: 1. Age: 15~60 years old (if the patient's physical condition allows, suitable for transplantation, it can be expanded to 65 years old.) 2. Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in the Department of Hematology, Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, from January 2016 to December 2023; 3. Patients with relapsed/refractory acute myeloid leukemia and high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome with a clear diagnosis of WHO 2016 criteria; 4. Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation was carried out in our hospital, and the transplant pretreatment program included decitabine and cladribine on the basis of the classic plan; 5. ECOG score<=2 points; Control group: 1. Age: 15~60 years old (if the patient's physical condition allows, suitable for transplantation, it can be expanded to 65 years old.) 2. Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in the Department of Hematology, Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, from January 2016 to December 2023; 3. Patients with acute myeloid leukemia and myelodysplastic syndrome who meet the WHO 2016 criteria for a clear diagnosis; 4. Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation was performed in our hospital, and the transplant pretreatment regimen only contained decitabine on the basis of the classical regimen; 5. ECOG score < = 2 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Study Groups: 1. WHO 2016 criteria for a definite diagnosis of acute myeloid leukemia M3; 2. Age 65 years old; 3. The case data is incomplete. Control group: 1. WHO 2016 criteria for a definite diagnosis of acute myeloid leukemia M3; 2. Age 65 years old; 3. The case data is incomplete.
