Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 60-80 years old; 2.Clear consciousness, able to communicate in normal language; 3.Patients and their families were informed of the content of this study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with nerve or joint diseases that affect exercise; 2. Suffering from mental illness or severe cognitive deficits; 3. Those who have other serious comorbidities or unstable vital signs and cannot exercise; 4. Telephone follow-up is not acceptable.
