Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients in the case group must have been diagnosed with rosacea by different doctors at least twice, and meet the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Rosacea (2021 Edition), and healthy controls must have no seborrheic dermatitis, acne and other skin diseases, and no facial rash; 2. Agree to sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have systematically used antibiotics or antifungal drugs in the last 28 days; 2. Patients with severe internal diseases, HP infections, neurological and mental disorders or behavioral disorders; 3. Facial diseases complicated, such as: acne, psoriasis, systemic lupus erythematosus, seborrheic dermatitis, etc.; 4. Pregnant females; 5. Those who refuse to sign informed consent.
