Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who signed informed consent for elective general anesthesia laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 2. Between 18 and 74 years old; 3. No history of surgery or allergies; 4. No history of drug abuse or addiction; 5. No history of trauma or blood transfusion; 6. ASA Level I or II; 7. chinese of han nationality.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of drug and psychotropic substance dependence; 2. Abnormal function of important metabolic organs such as liver and kidney; 3. A history of hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease and other diseases; 4. A history of genetic system-related diseases; 5. A history of mental or psycho-related illness; 6. Have other diseases that may affect the results of the test.
