Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a clear diagnosis of Crohn's disease based on clinical, imaging, endoscopic and post-operative pathology; 2. Patients undergoing bowel resection for the first time at our Inflammatory Bowel Disease Surgery Centre.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Surgery for purely perineal surgery and abscess drainage, etc; 2. Unplanned reoperation for postoperative complications (e.g. surgery for postoperative bleeding, anastomotic leak, abdominal abscess and stoma complications; 3.Incomplete clinical information or loss of follow-up.
