Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with nephroblastoma less than or equal to 3 years old ;Children with nephroblastoma do not cooperate with radiation therapy or do not receive radiation therapy would have a reduced survival rate and an increased risk of death;The child's legal guardian consented to radiotherapy under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The family members of the child did not cooperate with the follow-up; Children with primary tumors of the central nervous system.
