Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for high-risk primiparous women: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for high-risk pregnancy ; (2) Late stage primiparous women; (3) Clear consciousness, able to communicate with people in words or language, with reading and 2.comprehension abilities; c. Inclusion criteria for spouses Clear consciousness, able to communicate with people in words or language, with reading and comprehension abilities;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with a history of mental illness and intellectual disabilities; 2.Stillbirth or death of the fetus after birth; 3. Individuals with cognitive impairments or mental illnesses; Individuals with language and hearing impairments;
