Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary prostate cancer: 1. Male, age 50 years or older; 2. PSA, routine imaging examination indicated PCa, and no recent invasive prostate examination or treatment was performed; 3. When the results of biopsy (one or more times) in the other hospital are negative and PCa is still highly suspected, the PET/CT examination should be performed 30 days after the puncture (to avoid the influence of the puncture site); 4. The above two types of patients are scheduled to undergo puncture biopsy in our hospital to obtain pathological results (type, location, Gleason grade and score, etc.). Patients with postoperative biochemical recurrence of prostate cancer: 1. Patients with serum PSA level >=0.1ng/ml after radical prostatectomy; 2. Identify patients who have relapsed and plan to undergo endocrine therapy drug therapy or radiation therapy; 3. Patients who plan to perform puncture biopsy or surgical resection of lesions detected by PET/CT in our hospital and obtain pathological results;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Primary prostate cancer: 1. Patients with metal implants such as pacemakers, defibrillators, hearing AIDS, and insulin pumps; 2. Patients who cannot tolerate PET/CT examination. Patients with postoperative biochemical recurrence of prostate cancer: 1. Patients with metal implants such as pacemakers, defibrillators, hearing AIDS, and insulin pumps; 2. Patients who have started endocrine therapy drug therapy or radiation therapy, 3. Patients who cannot tolerate PET/CT examination;
