Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Interventional Studies: 1. Age>=60 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for MCI in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Dementia and Cognitive Impairment in China (V): (1) Cognitive impairment reported by the patient or informant and/or by an experienced clinician; (2) the objective test shows cognitive impairment that is inconsistent with the level of education (Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale MoCA score 24 points, illiteracy > 17 points, and primary school > 20 points). 3. Patient's informed consent. Qualitative research: 1. Elderly people who have completed 12 weeks of intelligent speech companion robot intervention; 2. Informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Interventional Studies: 1. Diagnosed with any type of dementia; 2. Those with severe mental illness; 3. Participated in any cognitive training in the past six months; 4. Are taking medications that affect cognition or mood; 5. Those with serious physical diseases; 6. Have severe audio-visual impairment and are unable to communicate. Qualitative study: poor health of older people who affect communication.
