Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Reproductive women (aged 18-50 years); 2. Patients with symptomatic adenomyosis or uterine fibroids who are confirmed by pelvic MRI and related clinical symptoms (such as menorrhagia, dysmenorrhea, infertility, etc.) undergoing uterine ablation; 3. No other malignant gynecological diseases, and serious heart and lung diseases; 4. Sign the informed consent voluntarily and follow the program requirements.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Menopausal women; 2. Pregnant women; 3. Use Iuds or hormonal contraception; 4. Have had prior adenomyosis or myoma surgery, or minimally invasive treatment for menorrhagia (endometrial ablation/resection); 5. Patients with histologically confirmed or suspected malignancy; 6. Patients with internal liquefaction degeneration (fluid has a certain effect on elastic values, so the tumor with liquefaction degeneration is excluded); 7. Patients with uterine fibroids and adenomyomas; 8. Incomplete imaging data, clinical information or follow-up data.
