18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 18-80 years old, NIHSS <= 8, subcortical lesions, no other neurological diseases except AIS within 7 days of onset, and the first onset. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hemorrhagic apoplexy; Patients with combined immune system diseases; Cerebral infarction and other serious complications occurred again during treatment and follow-up. Serious internal diseases, such as liver and kidney insufficiency, heart insufficiency, etc. Patients with severe neurological degenerative diseases, such as Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease; Can not cooperate with the completion of imaging assessment and imaging image quality check.
