Near infrared index: oxygenated hemoglobin, deoxygenated hemoglobin, total hemoglobin concentration change, signal slope, mean value, etc. Biological indicators: salivary cortisol levels.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: It meets the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders Fifth Edition (DSM-5) and K-SADS criteria for depression 2: Age 12-18 years old, male to female ratio of about 1:1 3: Current single or recurrent episodes, Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) score >=18 4: Check cooperation and be able to converse effectively
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: A first-degree relative has a history of bipolar disorder 2: A past history of suspicious or definite hypomanic episodes 3: No history of electroconvulsive shock (MECT) treatment in the last 3 months 4: A history of severe organic brain diseases such as brain trauma and cerebrovascular accident
