Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 55 and 90 years, regardless of gender, and right-handed; 2.Meets the criteria for 'MCI due to Alzheimer's disease' as recommended by the National Institute on Aging-Alzheimer's Association (NIA-AA) (2011); 3.Memory impairment is the sole primary complaint of cognitive decline, as reported by the patient, family, caregiver, or physician; other cognitive functions remain relatively intact or only mildly impaired; 4.Normal daily living abilities and literacy skills; 5.Does not meet the diagnostic criteria for dementia, with a Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR) of 0.5, Hachinski Ischemic Score (HIS) less than 4; 6.If the patient is taking medications to improve cognitive function, the types and dosages of these medications have remained unchanged for the past 3 months; 7.Voluntary participation in this study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious internal diseases, such as hypertension, heart disease, severe liver disease, cancer, etc.; 2. Central nervous system diseases, such as cerebrovascular diseases, infectious encephalopathy, brain tumors, epilepsy, etc.; 3. Patients with severe depression, schizophrenia and long-term use of psychotropic drugs; 4. Alzheimer's disease and vascular dementia, as well as other medical and surgical diseases that lead to dementia; 5. Have a history of alcohol dependence and abuse of other psychoactive substances; 6. Patients with contraindications to magnetic resonance scanning (e.g., metal implants or claustrophobia); 7. Those who are unable to complete the cognitive function test due to various circumstances; 8. The investigator judged that it is not suitable to participate in this clinical trial.
