Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Repeated urinary retention (unable to urinate after at least one extubation or urinary retention twice); (2) Recurrent hematuria, 5 a- Reductase inhibitors are ineffective in treatment; (3) Repeated urinary tract infections with concurrent bladder stones; (4) Secondary upper urinary tract hydronephrosis (with or without renal dysfunction), benign prostate patients with bladder diverticulum, inguinal hernia, severe hemorrhoids or prolapse.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Qmax > 20ml/s; (2) Neurogenic bladder dysfunction; (3) A history of lower urinary tract injury or previous prostate or urethral surgery; (4) Previous history of prostate cancer; (5) Urethral stenosis or bladder neck contracture;
