Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Male or female, aged between 18-70 years old; Symptoms such as bloating and poor appetite; Within 3 months prior to enrollment, there were positive gastroscopy and pathological results and/or serum antibody markers, which met the diagnostic criteria for AIG proposed by the Japanese Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy: 1 Endoscopic examination and/or histopathological examination show severe atrophy of the mucosa from the gastric body to the gastric fundus; 2. Positive gastric autoantibodies - positive for anti parietal cell (APCA) and/or anti intrinsic factor (IFA) antibodies. The participants meet both 1 and 2 criteria simultaneously; The patient voluntarily signs an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Untreated patients with active Helicobacter pylori infection Pathological examination accompanied by intraepithelial neoplasia; Accompanied by other gastric mucosal lesions [such as active ulcers, active bleeding, gastric cancer, etc.]; After subtotal gastrectomy; Within the past three months, endoscopic treatment such as ESD (endoscopic mucosal dissection) and EMR (endoscopic mucosal resection) has been performed for intraepithelial neoplasia and adenoma; Individuals with obvious mental behavioral abnormalities and emotional disorders; Serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, abnormal liver and kidney function; Other malignant tumors are currently under treatment (chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy, etc.); Pregnant or lactating women; The patient did not sign the informed consent form.
