Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 70 years; 2.ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) Physical Status Class I-II; 3.Patients undergoing elective unilateral hip fracture surgery under spinal anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe cardiopulmonary diseases. 2.Patients with communication barriers or inability to cooperate. 3.Patients refusing intraspinal puncture. 4.Infection at puncture site. 5.Patients with intracranial hypertension. 6.Coagulation disorders. 7.Other contraindications to intraspinal puncture. 8.Allergy to local anesthetics or ultrasound coupling agents. 9.Other conditions deemed unsuitable for trial participation by investigators.
