Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The affected teeth were impacted in the anterior jaw bone; 2. the dentition was permanent; 3. the patients were between 10 and 40 years old; 4. the patients and/or their parents participated voluntarily and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Factors that affect the positioning of navigation alignment devices and retention devices, such as obvious crowding of teeth, loose teeth, moderate to severe periodontitis, obvious undercuts, and orthodontic devices; 2. Systemic diseases that cannot tolerate routine outpatient tooth extraction surgery; 3. Local lesions in the surgical area, such as periapical lesions and cystic lesions, requiring simultaneous treatment of other lesions during tooth extraction; 4. Factors that affect tissue healing and prognosis evaluation after tooth extraction, such as obvious pathogenic teeth or lesions in the maxillofacial area that are prone to pain and swelling, long-term use of drugs that affect bone regeneration, such as corticosteroids, bisphosphonates, and a history of head and neck radiotherapy; 5. Cognitive impairment that makes it impossible to understand and cooperate with the research content; 6. Women who are preparing for pregnancy, are pregnant, or have plans to become pregnant during the study.
