Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus; 2.Gestational week was between 22 and 26.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindications to MRI; 2.Combined with other endocrine abnormalities (abnormal of thyroid function, liver function, etc); 3.Presence of pathological fractures; 4.Poor image quality with significant motion or metal artifacts.
