Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=60 years; 2. Admitted to ICU for >=24h and stable vital signs; 3. APACHEII. > = 8 points; 4. Patients who are aware of the situation and can participate in collaborators; 5. FRAIL Frailty Screening Scale 3-5 points; Mini-Physical Performance Scale (SPPB) 0-3 points; 6. According to the New York cardiac function classification, the patient's cardiac function grade is below grade III; 7. Informed consent signed by the patient or his/her representative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with neuromuscular diseases in the past or rapidly developing neuromuscular diseases, such as Guillain-Barré syndrome; 2. Suffering from mental illness, such as schizophrenia, etc.; 3. Patients with unstable vital signs, such as limb mobility disorders, active bleeding, and increased intracranial pressure; 4. Is participating in other research projects.
